Cheat's Chicken Kyiv Bakes Everyone loves a crispy, oozy garlic butter Kyiv, but if you've ever tried to make them, you'll know what an absolute faff they are...I honestly don't think I have ever made them and the butter hasn't leaked out! This is definitely a cheat's version. I used chicken mince instead of breast in these - It's so much cheaper, so much easier and there's ZERO leakage! 💃 I've written up the recipe for these below, let me know if they're going on your Autumn dinner list, A x F
