Puff pastry pies are my comfort food, and now we are in our airfryer era these little parcels of goodness can be baked in record time….so here goes a traditional chicken pastry filling: Ingredients 1 kg chicken filets cut into pie pieces 1 medium onion, finely diced 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 can of tomato plum, blitzed 1/2 tsp tumeric 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp chilli powder Handful of finely chopped coriander 3 chopped green chilles (optional)
