The Examination Council of Zambia -ECZ- is concerned with reports that some schools are allegedly refusing to register Grade 9 and Grade 12 internal candidates for this year's examinations ECZ Public Relations Specialist, Nicholas Nkhuwa has confirmed that the council has received these reports, which he says is not supposed to be the case.
