-Coaches Corner- On our final day of the Palarong Pambansa Calabarzon Region secured 2🥇’s in the Secondary Girls 53kg and Boys 60kg categories. @mey_stellay fought hard in probably the most competitive competition of the Games going 64(PR)/83(PR)/147(PR) and proving to be one of the fruits of our 1st grassroots batch from the Academy. For her to stop weightlifting and to return after realizing her love for the sport, is something we are so proud of and hoping to help her achieve her dreams. @ch
