Urban design should include designing better traffic flow in and out of major retail and event spaces. It's not just a Costco problem, even though this Costco in Clareview is probably the worst in Edmonton for access. It's not just an issue which affects traffic, but one affecting nearby residents, emergency access, public transit schedules, access to other nearby places, and the entire section of the city as this is a major thoroughfare. ⬇️ If it's an issue with engineering traffic light timing
