I know the theory, strength train x3 a week, eat 100g protein, eat lots of fibre, take magnesium, collagen, creatine, walk after meals etc. etc. BUT before I could follow any of the research I had to find ways to rest, to sleep, to address my anxiety and heal shoulder pain.
