Combo exercise for thoracic and cervical extensors using both ssb and neck harness. Trying to hit as much of the upper back and neck as possible for the obvious performance and injury health benefits. With the ssb you feel this a lot further down the upper back hitting the thoracic extensors, which typically don't get a lot of attention. Lumbar is very easy to hit with stuff like GMs and back extensions. Cervical likewise with wrestler bridges, harness work etc. I tried to adapt the idea of @wes
