25 years after starting his career a corrections officer at the nearby Michigan Reformatory, Richard Brokaw recently became warden at Bellamy Creek Correctional Facility (IBC) in Ionia! Growing up on the farm, Warden Brokaw learned about hard work - that work ethic led him to join the Army after high school, where he served for four years. Coming back to Michigan, he immediately applied for MDOC. After completing the recruit training at the DeMarse academy, he became at an officer at the Reforma
