Hard to Find Authentic Lao Food here in America. This Restaurant had Dishes that I can only dream of. Lao Food is very time consuming to make. I was shocked they had Mok Pah, Mok Gai (Steam Savory Chicken, Steam Savory Herb Fish). Labor intensive to make! This places offers Different types of Khao Poon (Chicken, Fish, Innards, and Beef). Many Foreigners here in America only have tried the Chicken one. Many do not know that we also make Khao Poon with Different Protein and Broth, and Ingredients.
