Its been a long road to get here. Learning how to make matching bowls to my cutting boards has been pretty amazing but very time consuming. Made here in Eagle River, Alaska. Last year I had a small shipment of walnut that was very unique so I set them aside. Now making a small run of cutting boards with them. I wanted to highlight the character of the sappy walnut so I ended up bookmatching the whole cutting board run to show off the grain, color and sap.
