Nov. 25 (UPI) -- At least six people were killed by Russia in an overnight attack on Kyiv, the city's mayor said Tuesday, as the United States and Ukraine held talks over the weekend to finalize a peace plan.
The proposed 28-point peace deal followed secret negotiations by envoys of Russia and US President Donald Trump.
