Domino’s is launching a stuffed crust pizza. The move comes roughly 30 years after Pizza Hut invented the category, using Donald Trump in its commercials. To commemorate the launch, Domino’s will give away a quarter-million dollars’ worth of pies.

Domino’s was the only publicly traded pizza chain to report a same-store sales growth with Pizza Hut and Papa John’s both reporting a decline in sales. All three chains are being affected by consumers cutting back on their spending and increasingly searching for value when they do order.

Domino's on announced that customers can now order cheese-filled crust at all U.S. locations, joining the ranks of pizza chains that already offer it.

When it comes to stuffed crust pizza, a few names instantly come to mind: Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and Little Caesars. Each of these popular chains offers cheesy goodness baked into the crust, making it feel like you’re enjoying both a Bosco stick and a pizza at the same time.
