Chelsea want Xavi Simons – a player apparently also on Bayern’s radar – and the possible sale of Nkunku could help fund a move for the Netherlands international. The reporter suggests Chelsea are expecting a fee of around €40 million (£34.5m) plus add ons for Nkunku.
Nkunku, who Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig are also interested in, is deemed too expensive as a package deal. Soulé, the 22-year-old Argentine, is said to be available for a fixed price of around €30million this summer.
