From the outset, Lincoln Heights leaders and activists have called for a third-party investigation into the response of Evendale police officers to the neo-Nazi rally. Despite Evendale releasing hours of bodycam footage and hiring a consultant for the investigation, local leaders remain unsatisfied.

Locals, including religious leaders, are referring to these armed individuals as the “Lincoln Heights Protectors.”
