The tension between India and Pakistan has been escalating since 26 people were killed in a terror attack in south Kashmir's Pahalgam on Tuesday afternoon.

Reports suggest that while the residence of Thokkar was blown up using IEDs, the house of Sheikh was demolished with a bulldozer.

While many tourists have been immediately rushed out of the Valley after the Pahalgam attack, a majority of the tourists have been confining themselves to their hotels till their tours are over prompting the authorities to enhance security across the tourist spots in the Valley.
