Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jonathan Mingo (knee) is expected to start the season on injured reserve after leaving Saturday's preseason game with a knee injury. This was to be Mingo's first full season with the Cowboys after he was acquired via mid-season trade in 2024,

Mingo is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Sunday to determine the severity of the injury. Early reports suggest he could miss time, depending on the results.
