Clues from a teenager’s June arrest in an armed carjacking case have led Pittsburgh police to charge him in connection with a mass shooting in East Liberty days earlier.

Cathedral City police have arrested two teenagers accused of murder in last week's shooting of a 13-year-old boy.

Witnesses told officers that unidentified individuals transported a 16-year-old male party attendee to a local hospital with gunshot wounds, Covina Police Sgt. K. Sutherland said.
