Fake Labubu dolls prompt 'urgent' warning from CPSC: 'Dangerous, illegal'
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued an “urgent” warning Monday about knockoff Labubu dolls posing a “serious risk of choking and death to young children.” The warning only applies to fake versions of the Labubu dolls — sometimes referred to as “Lafufu dolls” — which are sold as tiny plush figures on keychains.
