Police are investigating a scam where a fraudster posing as Franklin Mayor John Nelson tricked Communities of Crocus, a local non-profit, into paying nearly $4,000.

WISN 12 News obtained an email Alderman Mark Chambers sent shortly before a heated confrontation.
