A person familiar with the situation says the Atlantic Coast Conference, Clemson and Florida State have reached a proposed settlement that would end their legal fight and change the league’s revenue-distribution model.

After sprawling litigation in courtrooms stretching from Tallahassee to the fringe of Tobacco Road, FSU and Clemson reportedly are set to vote Tuesday on a settlement of a series of lawsuits between the schools and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).

Florida State and Clemson will vote Tuesday on an agreement that would settle their four ongoing lawsuits against the ACC and a new revenue-distribution strategy, according to ESPN.
