Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions
Digest more
When the Lions host the Green Bay Packers this Thursday for the annual Thanksgiving Day game at Ford Field, they’ll be donning their classic throwback uniforms with the silver, logo-less helmet, Honolulu blue jerseys — and socks — and silver pants. The team announced the jersey combination on Monday afternoon via its social media channels.
The Detroit Lions' uniforms will consist of grey helmets with no logo, blue jerseys with grey lettering, grey pants and blue socks vs the Packers.
The Lions have remaining home contests against the Packers, Dallas Cowboys (Week 14) and Pittsburgh Steelers (Week 16), as well as road matchups with the Los Angeles Rams (Week 15), Minnesota Vikings (Week 17) and Bears (Week 18).
Green Bay Packers players Brandon McManus, Luke Musgrave, Barryn Sorrell and Josh Whyle are scheduled to support the Salvation Army on Monday, Dec. 1, at 5 p.m., by signing autographs for fans in exchange for monetary donations to the Red Kettle campaign.
The Green Bay Packers had no problem defeating the Minnesota Vikings in Week 12, and several performances stood out.
