With the Las Vegas Raiders searching for their next head coach, one analyst is predicting the team will hire a three-time offensive coordinator who oversaw an elite offense in 2025.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported on the most likely landing spots for head coach Kevin Stefanski on Friday and the Las Vegas Raiders and Miami Dolphins weren't among the teams Pelissero named.

The Raiders are beginning to set up second interviews with head coaching candidates. Per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Las Vegas is setting up an in-person interview with Panthers defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero next week. Evero interviewed virtually with the Raiders on Wednesday.

The Raiders clinched the first-overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft before they even took the field on Sunday. As the Raiders closed out one of the worst seasons in franchise history, the team received some good news, thanks to the Giants defeating the Cowboys on Sunday afternoon, 34-17, solidifying the Raiders’ spot in the draft order.

Maxx Crosby and the Las Vegas Raiders failed to make the NFL playoffs, finishing with a 3-14 record. It marked the fourth straight year they didn’t reach the postseason, having only experienced playoff football twice in the past 24 seasons.

Albert Breer of SI.com reports that the Raiders will interview Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady and 49ers offensive coordinator Klay Kubiak on Sunday. They are also set to interview Rams assistants Mike LaFleur and Nate Scheelhaase on Saturday.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continued their offseason coaching search Tuesday, conducting a virtual interview with New York Giants interim head coach and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka for their open offensive coordinator position.

Former Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel reportedly will meet with the Los Vegas Raiders on Monday to interview for their head coaching job, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
