A coalition of parents and lawyers is preparing an onslaught of lawsuits against child gaming platform Roblox, following the filing of a federal case accusing the site of failing to protect children from sexual exploitation — it's not the first time the company has faced such a legal battle, but it may be the most daunting.

A Marine Corps veteran from Ellis County is suing Roblox, alleging grooming and abuse by a predator he met on the platform in 2007.

That means children potentially have access to "experiences" like Escape to Epstein Island, Diddy Party, and Public Bathroom Simulator Vibe, all of which were cited in the lawsuit as examples of "highly inappropriate" content accessible on Roblox.
