NEW YORK (TNND) — The widow of the "hero" off-duty police officer who was killed in a mass shooting at a Midtown Manhattan office building gave birth to the couple's third child on Sunday.

MANHATTAN, New York -- The pregnant widow of the NYPD officer killed in last month's Midtown office shooting gave birth to a baby boy on Sunday. Officer Didarul Islam was one of four people fatally shot in the Midtown office building at 345 Park Avenue last month.

Multiple individuals were transported to local hospitals. However, their conditions were not immediately released.
