Jefferson’s return is timely, but Minnesota’s depth at wideout remains shaky. Jordan Addison will serve a three-game suspension to begin the year, and Jalen Nailor is sidelined after suffering a hand injury in joint practices with New England. Head coach Kevin O’Connell labeled Nailor’s recovery “week to week” and did not rule out surgery.

If Jefferson stays healthy, he can be expected to turn in another outstanding year. He made the Pro Bowl in four of his first five seasons with the lone absence coming in 2023 when he missed nearly half the campaign. Jefferson was a first-team All-Pro standout last year for the second time in his already legendary career.
