Boston Red Sox owner John Henry and manager Alex Cora met with Rafael Devers regarding his public disinterest in moving to first base, according to MassLive.com's Chris Cotillo. Chief baseball officer Craig Breslow described the meeting as an "honest exchange," per Cotillo.

After Rafael Devers publicly blasted the team for asking him to change positions for the second time this season, top Red Sox officials flew to Kansas City to try and clear the air.

Speaking to reporters Thursday, Rafael Devers said he won't move to first base and vented his frustration at the Red Sox's front office.
