SPOKANE, Wash. - Two teenagers were sentenced to a state rehabilitation program Friday for shooting a man on September 21.
A 14-year-old and a 13-year-old pleaded guilty to assault charges related to a shooting that left a man injured. Both were ordered to a state rehab facility.
