Mankato introduces a gateless, pay-by-plate parking system, offering the first 2 hours free and a $3 all-day rate.

Starting January 2nd, when drivers are parking in a ramp downtown, drivers will park as usual. But will have to visit a pay station or scan a QR-code to pay. Payments can last for the day, if needed.
