The inmate, who's still on the run, apparently used some hospital equipment to pick the locks on his handcuffs and leg irons, and ran off while the deputy guarding him went to the restroom.

Salvador Saucedo was last seen wearing an orange shirt and blue jeans with red hair. Authorities say he may be working as day labor or posing as homeless needing help.
