Empire Sports Media on MSNUFC Paris adds Patricio Pitbull – Losene Keita
Keita last fought in December when he became a two-division OKTAGON champion by defeating Ronald Paradeiser. The only time Keita has lost in his professional career was in 2023 when he lost after injuring his foot in the opening minute of a fight. Outside of that, he’s unbeaten and now he will make his debut against Pitbull at UFC Paris.
The OKTAGON standout told MMA Junkie in July he thought it was time to join the UFC, and the promotion agrees. Keita (16-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will battle Bellator legend Patricio Freire (37-8 MMA, 1-1 UFC) in a three-round featherweight bout Sept. 6 at UFC Fight Night 258. The event takes place at Accor Arena.
Meanwhile, Losene Keita, who officially signed a UFC contract on Friday, is a two-division champion in OKTAGON. “Black Panther” enters UFC Paris on a five-fight winning streak, having last competed at OKTAGON 65 in December 2024, where he secured a second-round TKO over Ronald Paradeiser to successfully defend his lightweight title.
Nassourdine Imavov or Caio Borralho could emerge as the next contender in line for the winner of this weekend’s main event when they meet at the Accor Arena in Paris. With a huge lightweight bout also taking place between Benoit Saint Denis and Mauricio Ruffy, the card already looked complete.
UFC Paris marks the final event in September and pits a critical lightweight contender bout between Renato Moicano (19-5-1 MMA, 11-5 UFC) and Benoit Saint-Denis (13-2, 1 NC, 5-2 UFC) on Saturday ...
