ESPN’s “College GameDay” makes a major announcement ahead of the SEC Championship game between Alabama and Georgia.

Ole Miss is still alive for a conference title game spot as well. They won the Egg Bowl on Friday to improve to 7-1 in conference play. The Rebels are 11-1 overall and are ranked No. 6 in the nation. Their only loss came at Georgia on Oct. 17 when they fell 43-35.

The Crimson Tide will likely be without one key starter for the SEC championship game against Georgia, and Kalen DeBoer shared an update on another.

Georgia Tech fell four spots to the No. 23 ranking after their loss to Georgia. The Bulldogs have ranked wins over No. 23 Georgia Tech, No. 5 Ole Miss, No. 14 Texas and No. 24 Tennessee this season. Georgia is the nation's highest ranked one loss team in the poll.

Ohio State Buckeyes and Indiana Hoosiers remain the top two teams in the latest Associated Press Top 25 college football poll. This comes as the top two teams meet each other Saturday's Big Ten title game.
