John Metchie III approached the line of scrimmage with the first-team offense about 70 minutes into his first practice with the Philadelphia Eagles. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith watched from the sideline.

Giles Jackson made a deep catch for a touchdown in 1-on-1s where the ball initially bounced off him and/or the defending AJ Woods but Jackson still managed to track it and catch it after going to the ground. That drew some excitement from the crowd at practice.
