TOTTENHAM have signed forward Mathys Tel to a permanent contract, the club confirmed today. The 20-year-old joined the London club on loan in February from Bayern Munich. Tottenham said Tel will sign a contract until 2031 when his current loan deal expires on June 30. He has played 20 games in all competitions for Spurs, scoring three goals.

Tel was originally signed on loan in January, with a view to a permanent deal under former boss Ange Postecoglou. Frank is said to have given the deal his approval, with Spurs making the move permanent, as Postecoglou had intended. Tel made 20 appearances in all competitions for Spurs in 2024-25, scoring three goals and registering one assist.
