Southern University student Caleb Wilson's death was the result of an alleged off-campus Omega Psi Phi hazing incident, Baton Rouge police said.

Heavy hearts filled the campus of Southern University of New Orleans (SUNO) as students, faculty, and community members gathered for a candlelight vigil honoring Caleb Wilson, a Southern University student who died after an off-campus hazing incident in Baton Rouge on Feb.

Wilson died on February 27 while reportedly pledging Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Louisiana police are now investigating the 20-year-old's death as a possible hazing incident.
