'Truck Stop Serial Killer' gets 65-year prison term for 2007 killing of Indianapolis woman
Bruce Mendenhall on Monday was ordered to serve 65 years in prison after being found guilty of murder last month in the killing of Carma Purpura, whose body was found on the side of a Kentucky highway more than four years after she was last seen at a south Indianapolis truck stop.
