Fortnite the popular battle royale, ran into issues on Sunday, November 30. Several users complained about being unable to log in. At the time of writing, Downdetector noted over 3,000 people were facing troubles.

Fortnite faced a major outage as players noticed that Battle Royale and Zero Build modes disappeared, along with widespread login issues. Fortnite Support later explained that several modes stayed offline because of the in-game premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s short film Yuki’s Revenge.

Lately, things haven't been working perfectly for Fortnite. The popular video game has had multiple issues in the past week. They've added one on Sunday, with Battle Royale not working for tons of users. This is after two different promotional periods were interrupted by server issues in the last five days.

During a recent interview on The Bret Easton Ellis Podcast, the two-time Oscar-winning filmmaker accused The Hunger Games of ripping off the 2000 Japanese film Battle Royale. Tarantino has regularly placed the movie, which was based on author Koushun Takami’s 1999 novel of the same name, on his favorite movies list.
