"People are literally dying with the hunger; the hunger is killing them. Starvation is being used as a weapon," Dr. Bilal Piracha said.
The U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation operates four sites providing food boxes with 2,400 daily calories, while facing criticism from the U.N. and several American allies.
