Sorry I just saw your question & you may need to contact Canal & Bay Tours directly. What I do know is a full transit takes over 10 hours. The departure time hinges on when the Panama Canal authority says they have a captain to take over the ship & guide it through the canal. We were on a tour & we left our hotel very early to be taken to the marina where the boat Isla Morado was. So I assume you'd get transportation to that marina & board the boat, transit through canal & take a bus back from Colon to Panama City (55 miles).
